Delivery

We use Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ to dispatch our orders which you should receive within 3-5 working days.

For delivery in 1-2 days please select ‘Tracked 24’ at the checkout

• Standard delivery costs £4.50.
• Express delivery costs £6.00.
• Free delivery on orders over £100.

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.
We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns and exchanges in store

If you wish to exchange or return any items please return to store or post to the following address within 14 days of purchase, items received after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

Any returns must adhere to the following conditions:

• All product labels intact
• All products must be returned in ‘as new’ condition
• All garments must not have been worn, washed or cleaned
• All garments must not be marked

For online purchases clearly mark on the returns slip the reason for the return and indicate whether an exchange, refund or voucher is required. If an exchange is preferred and the stock is available to replace the returned item it will be sent out with no additional postage and packaging charge. We do not exchange for alternative items.

You are responsible for covering the cost of the return. We recommend using a signed for delivery service with proof of postage. Sennen Surf Co. are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost or damaged.

Sale items- Discounted goods are non-returnable.

Faulty goods – If you find your purchase is faulty or damaged in any way please call or email us as quickly as possible and we’ll endeavour to sort it out.

Please note we will not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings, toiletries or nail varnish.
